Early Bird Pricing: $90 per person, or $680 for a table of 8 (before April 10)

Includes appetizers, a family-style dinner, dancing, and live and silent auctions.

7:30PM: Dessert Dash + Games

Live Auction Begins

8PM: Silent Auction Closes

9:30PM: Live Auction Ends and Dancing Begins!

11PM: Doors Close

SUPPER AT THE RANCH

The evening's meal will be served family-style, and will include:

Cowboy Crunch salad

Apple & cherry wood smoked pork

Tender grilled chicken thigh

Cheddar ranch yukon gold mashed potatoes

Ranch rolls and whipped butter

Western vegetable frittata with roasted red pepper coulis (vegetarian option)

*Appetizers will be served during social hour, beginning at 5:30pm when the doors open.

FEATURING:

Raffle

The winner receives a prize package with a value of $1,200! Everything you need for sunsets on your own patio! Raffle tickets will be available for purchase prior to and during the night of the event for just $25 per ticket.

Heads or Tails

A $25 entry gets players the chance to win $500 cash! The game is simple, put your hands on your head or your tail. A coin is flipped, and if you predicted it correctly, you advance to the next round. The process is repeated until one winner remains.

Dessert Dash

A selection of gourmet desserts will be available and displayed. The table with the highest collective donation amount dashes (picks) first!

Silent Auction

Dozens of items will be available for bid, ranging from themed baskets to sports tickets, custom art, and other surprises!

Live Auction

One-of-a-kind experiences, handcrafted items and exclusive opportunities are available during the live auction.

Raise the Paddle

During the evening, attendees will be asked to “raise their paddle” to support our capital campaign. Donors will help fund our new playground and recess updates!

Entertainment

From a photo booth to exhilarating bidding, to a DJ spinning the hits while you dance, your night will be filled with memorable moments that will have you anxiously awaiting the chance to do it all again next year!
